SHIPPING POLICY
Free local pick up is available from my home in Southdale. We are not a retail location. Pick up by appointment only. Delivery is available within Winnipeg for additional cost.
I also ship treats across Canada. I use Canada Post for most parcels. Shipping costs will vary depending on location. Shipping costs are paid before shipping. I can give you a quote for shipping and a time frame, provide me your postal code and date of your event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders must be cancelled 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery for a refund. No refunds will be issued if order is cancelled within 1 week of requested pickup/delivery. For orders under $300, full payment is required at time of booking to secure your event date. 25% of this is non-refundable as we have saved your date, ordered supplies and been unable to accept other bookings.
For orders over $300, a 50% deposit is required. Since all items are customized, items are non refundable. Once an order is booked and theme chosen, no changes can be made.
HOW LONG WILL BALLOONS LAST?
We pride ourselves in using Professional Grade balloons and supplies. We cannot guarantee life of balloons since many factors influence balloon performance.
*Personalization - please note balloons that are personalized are best used fresh the day of the event. Once the balloon begins to deflate, the vinyl will lift and no longer lay flat.
Air filled arrangements will typically last at least 5 days but some may last months.
Weather impacts the quality of balloons. In heat, they may pop and will oxidize when in direct sunlight.
Outdoor installations have an additional 25% charge on the base price.
Once balloons have been picked up, delivered or installed on site, services are rendered. Blush and Blue Parties is no longer responsible for what happens to the balloons or any other rental items.
